Concierge dermatology by telehealth
Personalized prescription skin solutions — diagnosed by a licensed clinician, compounded for you, shipped to your door.
Map my skin — first visit $0Step one
Jawline, cheeks, T-zone, eye area — acne, pigment, redness and texture all live in different places for different reasons. We map yours before we prescribe.
Step two
Prescription actives at real strengths, combined for your map and titrated by your provider as your skin changes.
See the map ↓What ATLAS is
Every ATLAS patient gets a licensed dermatology clinician, a compounded prescription built for their skin map, and ongoing adjustment — the way a concierge practice works, without the waiting room.

Jawline & chinJawline & chin
Prescription-strength actives compounded for your pattern of breakouts — plus spironolactone when hormones are the driver. Prescribed by a licensed clinician, shipped to your door.

Cheeks
Hydroquinone-based prescription formulas for sun spots, melasma and post-acne marks — cycled properly, with SPF built into the plan, because the sun is what put them there.

Nose & central cheeks
For flushing, persistent redness and the bumps that look like acne but are not — a prescription formula built around ivermectin and azelaic acid, the two actives with the strongest rosacea evidence.

Forehead & eye area
Prescription tretinoin, the most studied topical for photoaging, at a strength your provider titrates — buffered with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid so you actually stick with it.

Shown for illustration. Prescription only, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy after a provider prescribes. Strength and combination are the provider's decision.
How it works
Answer a short questionnaire and upload three photos. Two minutes.
A licensed clinician reviews your map and prescribes — or tells you honestly if we are not the right fit.
Your formula is compounded and shipped. Check in at week 6 and 12; strength moves with your skin.
The ATLAS method
Photos plus history plus your answers. A licensed provider decides what is going on and whether prescription treatment is right.

Your prescription is prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy for you alone — actives, strengths and base chosen for your skin.

Ships in a plain lilac mailer. Refills arrive before you run out; pause or cancel from your account any time.

Check-ins at weeks 6 and 12. Strengths titrate up or down, actives swap, all through the same provider.

Clinical evidence
Published results for the actives we prescribe — not ATLAS patient outcomes, which we do not fabricate.
Individual results vary. Compounded formulas combine approved and studied actives but are not themselves FDA-approved products.

FAQ
No. It is a marketing questionnaire in our own voice that helps you find the right starting point. Nothing you answer before creating an account is used in your medical assessment — that happens in the secure intake a licensed clinician actually reviews.
No. A licensed provider decides. If prescription treatment is not appropriate — or you need in-person care — they will tell you and you pay nothing for the visit.
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient using approved and studied active ingredients, but the compounded product itself is not FDA-evaluated. We say this everywhere because it is true.
Acne and redness plans are judged at 12 weeks; pigment at 8–12 weeks; texture and lines at six months. Purging and dryness in the first weeks are normal.
Yes, from your account, any time before the next refill ships. Full policy on the Refunds page.
